Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane for a Facade Coordination Manager. The candidate will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the facade project's design, planning, and implementation process. Responsibilities include liaising between project stakeholders, managing timelines, ensuring the quality and compliance of facade works, supervising on-site activities, monitoring resource allocation, and resolving any technical issues. The manager will also ensure all safety standards and environmental regulations are adhered to during project execution.

Qualifications

• Expertise in facade coordination, project management, and construction processes
• Strong knowledge of structural glazing, ACP cladding, glass railing, and other facade systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
• Familiarity with safety standards, quality control practices, and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
