About the Role:
We are looking for a FACA Engineer to lead failure analysis and corrective actions across CNC operations and anodizing processes. This role involves problem-solving, customer engagement, and stakeholder management to ensure world-class quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Failure Analysis (FACA) and root cause investigations using standard methodology.
- Drive corrective actions and monitor effectiveness.
- Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DOE) for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer interactions.
- Ensure process health through Cp/Cpk analysis and continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience in FACA and CNC operations.
- Experience with of Anodizing process.
- Customer interaction, customer handling and management.
- Proficiency in 7 QC Tools, SPC/SQC, GD&T, and engineering drawing interpretation.
- Strong analytical skills with exposure to data analysis tools (Minitab/JMP).
- Knowledge of stack-up analysis (mandatory), FMEA (preferred), and Six Sigma (added advantage).
Experience & Education:
- Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–6 years in EMS, Automotive, or relevant manufacturing industries.
