Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Fabrication Supervisor located in Kotda Sangani. The Fabrication Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the fabrication unit, ensuring production schedules are met with consistent quality. Responsibilities include supervising team members, monitoring production processes, managing quality control, and ensuring compliance with established safety regulations. The role will also involve coordinating production planning, overseeing welding activities, and providing training and support to staff as necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage a team effectively
- Experience in Quality Control to maintain standards and ensure products meet specifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning and coordination to meet targets within deadlines
- Knowledge and practical experience in Welding procedures and techniques
- Ability to provide employee Training and development to enhance skills and productivity
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Technical certification or relevant educational background in engineering or fabrication is a plus
- Experience in metal fabrication or machinery manufacturing is an advantage
