Job Purpose
- To assure the components received from suppliers (Domestic and Import) meet the quality requirements of the product, in line with CNHi Standards / Drawings, while consistently striving for Continual Improvement & minimizing Quality losses.
- To assure development of Parts which is First Time Right via. Proactive involvement from Design Stage & Support plant in achieving Launch Targets / Milestones.
- To support Current Product Management Team in Warranty Reduction (F100 & ACPU) via. Root Cause Analysis for Material related failures reported from Field / Dealers / Customers.
Key Responsibilities
- New Product Development:
- Current Product Management:
- Incoming Parts Inspection
- Handling of Non-Conforming Parts (Line Rejections, Damaged, Non-Moving & Bad Stock parts)
- SQP and new IT tools Implementation
- ISO Quality Management System
- Budgeting and budgetary control
- Management of VAVE (CRT / Sanchay Projects, Resourcing of parts)
Experience Required
Education :-
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Production)
- American Weld Society (AWS) Certification in Welding Technology preferred
- Awareness @ UT/MPI/DPT/CMM Inspection compulsory
- Awareness @ GD&T Symbols & SPC is must
- Awareness @ PPAP (PFD, PFMEA, CP etc.) is must
- Awareness @ Machining / Casting / Painting / Fixturing is preferred
