We're Hiring | Manager – 2D/3D Piping Fabrication

Location: Mangalore

Experience: 10 years - 15 years

Education : BE (Mechanical) / Diploma Mechanical

Role Responsibilities :

1. Clear Understanding and management of Carbon Steel Pipe Spools Fabrication

3. Utilizing Resources and processes establishment techniques to optimize Pipe Spools

manufacturing

4. Detailed Manpower planning to coordinate and handle Contractors and workmen

5. Close collaboration among engineering, NDT, and Quality teams to ensure Pipe Spools meet

quality, safety, and performance standards.

1. Up-to-date Knowledge and experience in Internationals codes / standards like ASME ,API/EN/TEMA/ASTM

2. Very good Social and Communication skills along with attitude of Customer Orientation.

1. Manage daily throughput for Carbon Steel Piping Spools under DCMF plant requirements and provide comprehensive inputs on time.

2. Manage all type of Pipe Spools Fabrication and delivery in applicable specifications, codes, standards, regulatory requirements ensuring deliverable's within project schedules.

3. Control and monitoring DCMF throughput & documentation complying to scope, customer specifications, design codes requirements. Also to ensure first time right inputs to Pipe Spools Fabrication shops

4. Set and achieve KPI's in line with Pipe Spools fabrication shop objectives for DCMF plant. Ensure teams adherence to Internal procedures/ processes , timely documentation and approvals from Inspection

5. Ensure optimize processes for Piping Spools fabrication, NDT, Testing and Customer approval as per specifications and quality assurance as per project QAP and Schedule.

Technical Competencies

1. Hands on experience in Handling CS Piping Spools Fabrication Shop (minimum 10 years) ,

Knowledge of Function for Setup, Welding, NDT and Leak Testing and Integration with enough

experience with Quality Requirements with Distortion control

2. Strong analytical and mathematical skills and result orientated personality.

3. Awareness about Leak Testing and processes
