Description
We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Fitter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in fabrication and fitting, with a strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings. The Fabrication Fitter will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials, as well as performing quality checks to ensure all components meet industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Measure and mark materials for cutting and shaping
- Cut, shape and assemble materials according to specifications
- Use welding equipment and tools to join materials together
- Perform quality checks and inspections on fabricated components
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in fabrication and fitting
