Key Requirements:
- Expertise in fabric development and sourcing, especially suiting, structured fabrics, and premium wovens.
- Experience managing fabric suppliers across India and China.
- Strong understanding of fabric quality, performance testing, and technical specifications.
- Expertise in fabric libraries, sampling, and product development.
- Ability to resolve production issues and improve sourcing processes.
- Strong vendor management and cross-functional coordination skills.
