Job Summary
We are looking for a Fabric Service Engineering Support professional with 4–10 years of experience to manage and support Microsoft Fabric-based platforms. The role focuses on production support, platform monitoring, incident management, and infrastructure maintenance, ensuring high availability and performance of data platform services. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in handling deployments, migrations, and operational support in cloud/data environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management processes
- Perform platform monitoring, alert handling, and optimization
- Configure resources and settings for newly deployed services
- Set up and maintain file systems and supporting packages for Microsoft Fabric
- Install and configure servers, agents, Fabric workspaces, lakehouses, and pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve service health and performance issues
- Conduct smoke testing to ensure system readiness and stability
- Support environment migrations and deployments
- Investigate and resolve job failures related to memory, storage, data, or code issues
- Perform infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and patching
- Support onboarding of new applications onto the platform
- Manage license compliance and usage
- Provide Go-Live and Hypercare support
