fabric merchandizer

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle fabric sourcing and production coordination with textile mills.

* Share yarn, construction, quality and quantity requirements with mills for fabric weaving.

* Coordinate the inward and outward movement of fabrics and ensure timely deliveries.

* Follow up with mills on sampling, production and dispatches.

* Ensure fabrics are produced as per the required quality, specifications and timelines.

* Coordinate for various woven fabrics including cotton, dobby, linen, linen blends, raw silk blends and other qualities.

* Maintain regular communication and follow-up with mills to ensure smooth and timely production.

* Coordinate with the internal team regarding fabric requirements, orders and delivery schedules
