Job Description
This is a highly hands-on backend engineering role focused on building scalable, high-performance platforms from the ground up. You'll work on products handling 100M+ API transactions daily, design distributed systems, develop RESTful services, and solve complex large-scale engineering problems.
What You'll Be Working On
- Building and scaling backend platforms used by major banks and fintechs.
- Designing REST APIs and distributed systems that process massive transaction volumes.
- Working extensively with Java, PostgreSQL, system design, and large-scale data processing.
- Participating in architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Building AI-powered and Voice AI products from 0-1 and scaling them to production.
- Taking ownership of critical systems and influencing technology decisions.
Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of backend/product engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java and PostgreSQL.
- Experience building scalable APIs, distributed systems, and high-traffic applications.
- Good understanding of system design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Experience in fintech, data-intensive platforms, or large-scale transaction systems is a plus.
