Role Overview
The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) role is a highly hands-on position that combines software engineering, AI, cloud, and customer interaction. You would work directly with customers to understand their business problems, translate them into technical solutions, and then design, build, and deploy the solution end-to-end.

The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) role is a highly hands-on position that combines software engineering, AI, cloud, and customer interaction. You would work directly with customers to understand their business problems, translate them into technical solutions, and then design, build, and deploy the solution end-to-end.
What You Will Do
- Generative AI, LLMs and RAG
- Agentic AI, AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems
- AI workflow orchestration and automation
- Full-stack development, particularly React.js and backend technologies such as Java, Python or Node.js
- AWS/Azure cloud
- REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems
- Vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus or Weaviate
- Frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel
- AI model deployment through platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI and OpenAI APIs
