Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Supply Chain Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and optimizations of supply chain modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in supply chain processes, strong business acumen, and hands-on experience configuring and deploying D365 F&O solutions for manufacturing, logistics, and distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops with clients to gather business requirements related to procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, production, and logistics.
- Design and configure D365 F&O Supply Chain modules including Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Product Information Management, Sales and Distribution, Master Planning, and Warehouse Management.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations, data migrations, and customizations.
- Develop test plans, training materials, and end-user documentation.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), go-live preparation, and post-implementation support.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between supply chain processes and overall business objectives.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, best practices, and new feature releases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Supply Chain Consultant on Dynamics 365 F&O / AX implementations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, production, order management, logistics).
- Experience with Warehouse Management (WMS) and Master Planning (MRP) modules is highly preferred.
- Ability to conduct client workshops, document business requirements, and design scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in multi-entity, global rollouts.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, or Azure integrations.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or distribution industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of data migration and integration methodologies.
