F & B Service Associate

Role Description The F & B Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Regenta Rivera Resort & Spa.Kushalnagar, Coorg, Karnataka. The role involves greeting and seating guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving items accurately and promptly, and ensuring tables and service areas are clean and well-presented. The F & B Service Associate coordinates with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver orders, handles billing and payment processes as per hotel standards, and supports daily restaurant operations. The role also requires responding to guest inquiries, resolving minor concerns, and promoting menu items and special offers to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage with guests professionally and courteously.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Analytical Skills to understand guest needs, convey information clearly, and support smooth service operations.
• Candidates should possess basic Finance-related skills to handle billing, payments, and accurate cash or card transactions.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service, hotel or restaurant operations is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and hospitality service standards is beneficial.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; formal hospitality training or certification is an advantage.
