This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Server located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The F&B Server will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The role includes understanding menu offerings, providing recommendations, and delivering a positive dining experience while adhering to hygiene and service standards.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to professionally interact with guests and team members
• Knowledge and experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage handling
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of health and safety standards in food service
• Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
