Job Description

Summary

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. To function as the F&B Sales Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience as F&B Sales Manager, or F&B Sales Executive in large property. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
