Job Description



WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Marketplace Growth (Swiggy & Zomato):

  • Manage catalogs, menu engineering, tags, photos, SEO, pricing, combos, ratings, SLA compliance, and ops hygiene to maximize visibility & conversions.

Performance & Promotions:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize in-app ads (bids, budgets, A/B creatives), coupons, BOGOs, and festival campaigns; track ROAS and promo profitability.

Ops & SLA Excellence:

  • Coordinate with kitchen/ops to maintain prep times, stock accuracy, dispatch SLAs, and ratings recovery; drive CSAT/NPS with tight feedback loops.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Build weekly growth dashboards for impressions clicks conversions AOV repeat; own city/category targets.

Tech Integrations:

  • Work with POS/aggregator integrators to streamline menu sync, inventory, KDS flows, and order reconciliation.

CRM & Retention:

  • Run WhatsApp journeys via a marketing platform (e.g., broadcast + flows + cart recovery + win-back), referral loops, and micro-segmented offers.

B2B/Bulk & Partnerships:

  • Prospect gyms, studios, corporates, and cafs; set up fridges/rotations; build repeat accounts with simple rate cards & SLAs.

MUST HAVE'S

  • A sincere love for fitness + nutrition and the healthier side of living
  • Love for AI, tech and analytics to build the business out with the founder as tech led.
  • Startup mindset, owner mentality, and on-ground problem solving; excellent written & verbal communication.
  • 35 years in F&B marketplace sales/growth (cloud kitchen, QSR, or D2C F&B) with hands-on Swiggy/Zomato optimization.
  • Experience with WhatsApp marketing platforms (broadcasts, flows, opt-ins, CTWA), and basic POS / aggregator integrations.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Prior experience launching a new cloud kitchen brand or expanding a city.
  • Basic design skills for quick creatives (Canva or similar).
