We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Operations Executive to join Lau Di Fang Scissors-Cut Curry Rice Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the Central Region and will play a crucial part in the smooth running of our F&B operations across.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring good hygiene practices, good customer service and operations workflow

  2. Managing and training outlet staff, including chefs, kitchen assistant and servers.

  3. Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability

  4. Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety, health, and safety regulations

  6. Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

  7. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

  8. Assisting with inventory management and cost control initiatives

  9. Reports to Operations Manager

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar F&B operations role, preferably in the hospitality industry

  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills

  4. Good understanding of food safety and health and safety regulations

  5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  7. Passion for the F&B industry and a commitment to delivering a exceptional customer experience
