Job Summary

Responsibilities

Welcome and serve guests warmly, professionally, and efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience
Present menu items clearly, explaining ingredients and preparation methods to enhance guest understanding
Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and feedback to maintain high service standards
Develop comprehensive product knowledge to consistently deliver excellent service
Learn and perform all aspects of restaurant operations through hands-on experience
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, completing all checklists accurately to ensure operational readiness
Support smooth and efficient daily outlet operations by maintaining service, cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards
Identify and propose improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operational tasks and coordinate team activities to support outlet performance
Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure compliance
Participate actively in team briefings, training sessions, and staff development activities to build skills
Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through structured on-the-job training
Learn to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with a diverse F&B team
