Position Summary
The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end food and beverage operations across the client's corporate campus, ensuring exceptional dining experiences, operational excellence, food safety compliance, vendor management, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role requires managing multiple cafeterias, pantry services, catering events, and driving innovation in workplace dining for a large IT client environment.
Key Responsibilities
F&B Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day food service operations across cafeterias, food courts, executive dining, and pantry services.
- Ensure seamless delivery of breakfast, lunch, dinner, vending, and refreshment services.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure operational excellence.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with food service vendors, catering partners, and suppliers.
- Review vendor performance through established KPIs and SLAs.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, HR, Workplace Experience, and Facilities teams.
- Address employee feedback, complaints, and service improvement initiatives.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety standards.
- Implement HACCP and food hygiene practices across all food service areas.
- Conduct regular audits related to kitchen hygiene, food handling, and safety protocols.
- Maintain necessary documentation and statutory compliance.
Financial & Commercial Management
- Manage F&B budgets, cost controls, and revenue optimization.
- Analyze consumption trends and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Review monthly financial reports, vendor invoices, and operational budgets.
- Drive initiatives to reduce food wastage and improve operational efficiencies.
Client Experience & Innovation
- Enhance employee dining experience through menu planning and engagement activities.
- Introduce wellness-focused food programs, themed meals, and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement corrective actions.
- Support VIP visits, leadership meetings, and corporate events.
Team Leadership
- Lead onsite F&B coordinators, supervisors, and vendor teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training programs.
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or relevant discipline.
- Certification in Food Safety/HACCP preferred.
- MBA or Hospitality Management specialization is an advantage.
Experience
- 8-15 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations.
- Minimum 5+ years managing corporate dining, large campuses, business parks, or IT/Technology clients.
- Experience in Facilities Management companies preferred.
- Proven experience managing vendor partners and large-scale cafeteria operations.
