Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an F&B Host/Hostess based in Kumbhalgarh. The role involves providing warm and efficient hospitality to guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional from start to finish. Responsibilities include greeting guests upon arrival, assisting them with seating arrangements, attending to their queries, and coordinating with the service team to provide seamless dining service. Additionally, the F&B Host/Hostess will maintain tables, present menus, and ensure that dining areas are clean, well-organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to engage with guests and handle queries or concerns professionally.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette, table setting, and coordination with the kitchen and service team.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and overall dining area operations efficiently.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in spoken and written communication in English and local languages. Additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or F&B services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates.
• Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
