Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an F&B Executives. The primary responsibilities of this position include managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining food and beverage quality, supervising staff, and assisting in hiring processes. This role requires overseeing staff efficiency, defining and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with the team to implement innovative service solutions. Additionally, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will assist in developing and executing operational strategies to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide an excellent guest experience and address customer feedback effectively.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, including experience in Hiring and team supervision to build and maintain a high-performing team.
  • Excellent Communication skills to foster teamwork, manage staff relationships, and efficiently interact with customers.
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management to ensure quality and maintain high standards of operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with problem-solving skills and a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
