Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage (F & B) Executive located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include overseeing daily food and beverage operations, maintaining high-quality standards, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing inventory and budgets. The F & B Executive will also be responsible for compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating with other departments, and implementing innovative initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Supervise daily food and beverage service operations

Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints professionally

Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards

Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures

Train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff

Control inventory, wastage, and operating costs

Assist in menu planning and promotional activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Prepare operational reports and maintain records

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
• Relevant experience in food and beverage service
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
