Job Description & Requirements
Tasks and Responsibilities .:Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
1) prepares & stocks product for all menu items
2) Makes & serves sandwiches, salads, wraps, breakfast items and other items on the menu
3) Prepares & bakes bread and cookies
4) Able to operate all core equipment, including the microwave and speed oven
5) Cleans & maintains all areas of the store including the dining area, the back area, the counters and all equipment/utensils used
6) Performs Point of Sales (POS) cashiering7. understands & adheres to all Subway standard procedures, proper food handling, and all safety & hygiene practices
8) Can receive stock delivery. (physically able to)
9) Performs light paperwork such as filling out preparation forms
10) Assists the Senior Sandwich Artist/Shift Leader on some tasks as required
11) Other responsibilities as required by the business
12) 60 hours per week
