This is a full-time, on-site role for a F&B Cost Controller, based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include monitoring and managing food and beverage costs, preparing accurate menu costing, conducting financial analysis, and collaborating with different teams to implement effective cost control strategies. The role requires ensuring compliance with accounting standards and delivering monthly cost reports to support financial decision-making.

• Proven expertise in Cost Control, including the ability to monitor and manage food and beverage costs efficiently.
• Experience in Menu Costing and analyzing profitability of food and beverage offerings.
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles to prepare reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
