Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their food and beverage orders
• Ensure prompt service and delivery of orders to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages
• Participate in training sessions to improve service techniques and product knowledge

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
