F&B Associate

Job Summary

Responsible for meeting service standards in the assigned F&B outlet.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service personnel to ensure adherence to service and grooming standards, enhancing customer satisfaction
• Monitor workflow within the outlet and recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency and service quality
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders, maintaining smooth service flow
• Oversee the condition and cleanliness of seating premises to provide a welcoming environment for guests
• Assist in training service staff to elevate service standards and support team development
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support outlet operations
