Key responsibilities include supervising daily F&B service operations, leading and guiding service staff, and maintaining high service standards. The F&B Team Leader will also monitor hygiene and grooming standards among staff, handle guest complaints professionally, and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. Additionally, the role involves maintaining inventory of beverages and service equipment, training new staff on service procedures, and assisting management with shift planning and duty allocation.
