Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an F&B Service Associate located in Mulshi. The responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests with food and beverage services, managing orders efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in service areas, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and adherence to quality standards, while displaying professionalism and enthusiasm in guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Experience in food and beverage service operations, including taking orders, serving, and ensuring accurate billing and payments.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards in an F&B service setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage service during high-volume periods efficiently.
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in hospitality or F&B service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and a commitment to ensuring operational excellence.
