We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food & Beverage (F&B) Server for a full-time, on-site position located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The F&B Server will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring outstanding dining experiences. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the service area, adhering to food safety standards, and collaborating seamlessly with team members and kitchen staff.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in Food Service and handling Food & Beverage processes.
• Expertise in providing excellent Customer Service, with the ability to address guest needs professionally and promptly.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality of service.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus.
