Responsibilities:

1. Daily Outlet Operations

• Oversee daily restaurant, bar, café, or dining outlet operations.
• Ensure smooth opening, service, and closing procedures.
• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

2. Staff Management & Training

• Supervise waiters, bartenders, hosts, cashiers, and service staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate daily duties.
• Train employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest handling.
• Monitor staff performance and productivity.

3. Guest Relations & Customer Service

• Ensure excellent guest experiences and personalised service.
• Handle customer complaints, special requests, and service recovery.
• Maintain guest feedback records and implement improvements.
• Build guest loyalty and encourage repeat business.

4. Food & Beverage Quality Control

• Ensure food presentation, beverage quality, and service consistency.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen teams to maintain timely order delivery.
• Monitor menu availability and communicate changes to service staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

5. Sales & Revenue Management

• Monitor daily sales, revenue targets, and average guest spending.
• Promote menu items, beverages, special offers, and upselling opportunities.
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Support promotional campaigns and special dining events.
