Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, and banquets.
- Ensure high standards of service, quality, and hygiene in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support in achieving departmental financial targets (cost control, upselling, revenue generation).
- Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory, requisitions, and ensure proper stock levels for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Contribute to creating guest engagement initiatives to enhance dining experiences.
