This is a full-time, on-site role for an F&B Captain, located in Bardez. The F&B Captain will be responsible for managing and supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and maintaining service standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with the staff, attending to customer requests, monitoring food service procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for all patrons. The role involves leading by example and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers and coworkers alike.

• Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and daily operations
• Strong knowledge and application of Service Standards and Food Service protocols
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure guest satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to interact seamlessly with both customers and staff
• Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
• Prior experience in a similar role within the F&B/hospitality industry
• Relevant certifications in hospitality or food management are a plus
