Job Description

Position: Team Lead Accounts Receivable & Collections

Work Mode: Onsite

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM

Location: GERA, Kharadi, Pune.

About The Role

We are looking for a Team Lead to manage and guide a team of 1520 associates in the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections process. This role involves coaching, technical training, and ensuring accurate and efficient application of customer payments. You will play a key part in driving process improvements, maintaining service levels, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 1520 associates, acting as a liaison between associates and supervisors.
  • Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to maintain service standards.
  • Assist associates with complex work situations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Review processes and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Conduct audits, identify exceptions, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Communicate escalations and critical issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Drive continuous development plans and hold team members accountable for performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 12 years of experience in team management (preferred).
  • Mandatory: Proven experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Billing processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros, data analysis, and summarization.
  • Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Effective leadership and team-building skills.
