Position: Team Lead Accounts Receivable & Collections
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM
Location: GERA, Kharadi, Pune.
About The Role
We are looking for a
Team Lead to manage and guide a team of 1520 associates in the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections process. This role involves coaching, technical training, and ensuring accurate and efficient application of customer payments. You will play a key part in driving process improvements, maintaining service levels, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 1520 associates, acting as a liaison between associates and supervisors.
- Delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to maintain service standards.
- Assist associates with complex work situations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Review processes and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and reduce errors.
- Conduct audits, identify exceptions, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Communicate escalations and critical issues to supervisors promptly.
- Drive continuous development plans and hold team members accountable for performance goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 12 years of experience in team management (preferred).
- Mandatory: Proven experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Billing processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros, data analysis, and summarization.
- Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Effective leadership and team-building skills.
