Roles & Responsibilities :

Build and deploy migrations, upgrades, and customizations to support unique customer workflows.
Develop scalable full-stack features using Python/Java on backend and React + TypeScript on frontend.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Produce testable, production-ready features and ensure high quality through debugging and code reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert customer needs into technical solutions.
Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL data models, schemas, and queries for performance.
Communicate updates and technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements to systems and workflows.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

5-8 years of experience building and deploying full-stack web applications.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python (or similar backend language) and React for frontend development.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and query optimization.
Ability to write scalable, secure, and maintainable code.
