As a backward integration, we are setting up our own extrusion shop to make compounds in-house to get an edge over quality and timely availability.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Extrusion Shop Head located in Ahmedabad. The Extrusion Shop Head will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the extrusion shop, overseeing projects, leading a team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the extrusion processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in setting up and efficiently running an extrusion machine
- Experience of making various compounds from PP and PE
- Project Management and Team Management
- Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skllls
