Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • • • • • • Operate and control twin-screw compounding extruders, high-speed mixers, vacuum loading systems, and strand/die-face pelletizers. Accurately set and monitor critical process parameters: barrel zone temperatures, screw RPM, feeder dosing speeds, melt pressure, and vacuum levels. Ensure accurate raw material feeding (PVC/CPVC resin, heat stabilizers, impact modifiers, processing aids, lubricants, and color pigments) per batch recipes. Inspect output pellets for uniform size, bulk density, moisture content, porosity, and color consistency. Perform regular machine changeovers, screen pack changes, die head cleaning, and pelletizer blade adjustments. Execute routine lubrication, preventive cleaning, and report mechanical/electrical irregularities immediately to maintenance.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION High School Technical Diploma, ITI, or Vocational Certificate in Plastics Processing, Mechanical, or Industrial Operations.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 5–7 years operational experience on twin-screw compounding extruders and pelletizing lines handling rigid PVC/CPVC compounds
