External Identity Technical Analyst - Scrum Master
The External Identity Technical Analyst will be responsible for working with the business globally to implement applications onto the corporate supported external identity solution, performing testing, analysis, design, programming, planning, estimation, and many more activities throughout cross functional teams.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Write high-level specifications, enter defects, client consulting, assist with QA testing when needed.
- Business Process Training and Documentation. Running the Monthly Admin Forum.
- Business Process Support SME for the corporate supported external identity solution Aid in trouble shooting.
- Bring stories through Kanban board (Prep and get stories ready for Sprints).
- Act as liaison between business and IT cross-functional teams to solve complex problems/requirements with the team's applications to ensure 3M standards and security are met.
- Help coordinate global implementation or migration efforts for the Security product application work with Business, development teams and OUS resources.
- Offer user assistance, manage incidents, analyze root causes, maintain knowledge bases, and drive ongoing system enhancements.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes, and provide training and support to end users, administrators, and developers to facilitate effective use and maintenance of the corporate supported external identity platform.
- Design scalable and efficient solutions within the identity platform, considering best practices, data architecture, integration points, and user experience.
- Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure reliability, performance, and adherence to requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
- Overall, minimum of 8+years of experience in IT industry.
