This is a full-time, on-site External Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor for PAN- INDIA, The primary responsibilities is below !
- Ensure the fulfillment of HSE Plans during all the project
- Ensure that contractors and their employees documentation complies with client requirements
- Ensure that all workers have site induction
- Participate in accidents investigations
- Participate in HSE meetings in the project
- Communicate HSE deviations to project management
- Ensure the implementations of preventive and corrective measures
- HSE reports to project manager and EMiP
- Collaborate in the toolbox Talks or specific trainings
- Communicate lessons learned, safety alerts, etc.
- Communicate to site manager in case of significant breaches of HSE requirements to take proper actions (even the stop of the works when necessary)
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering
- Vocational Degree / Diploma in Health and Safety; GWO certification preferable.
