About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Exterior Architectural Visualization Artist specializing in both high-end exterior renderings and walkthrough animations.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of architectural composition, landscape design, environmental storytelling, camera movement, and cinematic presentation. Beyond software proficiency, we are looking for artists who can transform architectural models into compelling visual experiences through thoughtful arrangement, lighting, mood creation, and animation.
This position is focused primarily on Exterior Architectural Visualization. Candidates with portfolios consisting mainly of interior renders or interior walkthroughs may not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Create photorealistic exterior renderings for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and master planning projects.
- Develop cinematic exterior walkthrough animations.
- Design visually compelling environments through landscaping, street elements, vehicles, people, and contextual detailing.
- Create realistic lighting scenarios including day, dusk, and night moods.
- Plan and execute effective camera compositions and animation sequences.
- Enhance visual storytelling through atmosphere, weather effects, and environmental details.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to achieve project objectives.
- Produce marketing-quality visuals within project timelines.
Essential Skills
- Autodesk 3ds Max
- Corona Renderer / V-Ray
- Photoshop
- Walkthrough production and camera animation
Strong understanding of:

Portfolio Requirements
Applicants must submit:

- At least 3 exterior animation projects.
