Exterior Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in Design & Development of Exterior trims at Automotive OEM around 18 to 25 years of experience.
• Strong program management skill with a goal/target minded discipline process excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Hands on experience in CATIA application.
• Good knowledge of Teamcenter/PLM.
• DMU check for packaging feasibility & interaction with all concerned departments.
• At least one complete project execution as Team Lead of Design & Development of Exterior trims.
• Feasibility checks for CAS, Tooling direction
• Experience in Exterior Body trims such as Front bumper, Grill, Side cladding, Wheel arch, Rear bumper, Mudflap
• Good knowledge of drawing, GD&T, BOM & & assembly process flow.
• Interaction with CFT including CAE, assembly line, Production planning, suppliers.
• Having good experience in Homologations for ECE & FMVSS, AIS standards.
• Having good knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS & DFMEA (4D) rules & product process flow chart system.
• Suggested VAVE (Cost Reduction) for weight reduction ideas
