Department: Export / International Business Service & Infrastructure

Experience: 410 Years

Support export operations by building and strengthening after-sales service infrastructure across international marketsensuring service readiness, spare parts availability, and strong dealer/service network support for commercial vehicles.

Develop and strengthen overseas service infrastructure

Identify & onboard authorized service partners/dealers

Ensure service readiness (tools, diagnostics & technical support)

Drive training programs for overseas service engineers

Coordinate spares supply, forecasting & logistics

Track vehicle performance, warranty claims & service KPIs

Ensure compliance with country-specific service norms

Experience in commercial vehicle service operations

Exposure to international markets & dealer development

Strong knowledge of diagnostics, service planning & spares

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & ERP (SAP preferred)

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Automobile

MBA International Business / Operations (preferred)
