About ANVI LITTLE INDIA

We are 2 STAR Government-recognised Export House specialising in premium Basmati Rice, with a strong international presence across multiple markets.

Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan

Industry: Food / FMCG / Rice Export

Experience: 4–8 years preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute domestic & international sales strategies

• Generate new B2B customers and develop existing accounts

• Manage distributors, importers, retailers and institutional buyers

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Lead and coordinate the sales team

• Develop new markets and business opportunities

• Handle negotiations, pricing and commercial discussions

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand-building activities

• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements

• Coordinate with production, export, logistics and finance teams

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Rice / FMCG / Food Export / International Trading preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development

• Good understanding of international markets is an advantage

• Strong leadership and team-management abilities

• Target-oriented with a strong business-development mindset

• Willingness to travel internationally when required
