Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Export Sales Manager. The Export Sales Manager will oversee and drive international business development, create and implement export sales strategies, and build relationships with clients globally. Key tasks include conducting market research, managing export documentation, and supervising sales transactions to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export processes and International Sales strategies
• Strong capabilities in Business Planning and managing International Business operations
• Experience in Sales, including client relationship management and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven understanding of global trade markets and regulatory frameworks
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
