Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage export sales for packaging products to US, UK, and European clients, ensuring business growth and profitability.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, converters, and end customers in international markets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing global customers, ensuring timely communication, order processing, and service satisfaction.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts with overseas clients in coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct market research to analyze global trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the flexible and rigid packaging industry.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Participate in international exhibitions/trade fairs to promote products and explore new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade compliance
- Proven experience handling clients in the US, UK, and European markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver consistent results
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and export documentation systems.
