Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Manager, based in Rajkot. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and executing international sales strategies, identifying and developing new export opportunities, and fostering relationships with global clients to drive business growth. Other responsibilities include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. This role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional interpersonal skills, and an in-depth understanding of export and sales operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Export, International Sales, and International Business
- Competence in Business Planning and sales strategy development
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a keen understanding of international market trends
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
- Prior experience with export regulations and compliance is highly desirable
- Multilingual skills and experience working with international clients is a plus
