Designation : Export Sales Manager

About the Role :
You'll take charge of our export business end-to-end. This is a hands-on role where you lead
strategy, drive numbers, build distributor relationships, and open new markets. You will work
directly with the Directors and shape the company's global footprint.
Key Responsibilities :
• Own export sales targets across multiple regions and product lines.
• Build, manage, and grow distributor and importer networks.
• Identify new territories and execute market-entry strategies.
• Lead pricing discussions, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Oversee documentation: LC, BL, COO, invoices, packing lists, and export compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• 3–5 years of proven export sales experience.
• Strong understanding of global distribution channels in tiles/ceramics/furniture/paint.
• Ability to manage complex negotiations and long sales cycles.
• Clear communication, data-driven decision-making, and strong commercial acumen.
• Familiarity with export logistics, incoterms, and documentation workflows.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
