Designation : Export Sales Manager

Location: Nagpur

Reporting To: Director

Experience: 35 years in export sales

Industry Preference: Glass Tiles, ceramics, furniture, paint, or related building-materials

sectors

Salary : As per Experience and Industry Standards

About the Role :

You'll take charge of our export business end-to-end. This is a hands-on role where you lead

strategy, drive numbers, build distributor relationships, and open new markets. You will work

directly with the Directors and shape the company's global footprint.

Key Responsibilities :

Own export sales targets across multiple regions and product lines.

Build, manage, and grow distributor and importer networks.

Identify new territories and execute market-entry strategies.

Lead pricing discussions, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts.

Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Oversee documentation: LC, BL, COO, invoices, packing lists, and export compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

35 years of proven export sales experience.

Strong understanding of global distribution channels in tiles/ceramics/furniture/paint.

Ability to manage complex negotiations and long sales cycles.

Clear communication, data-driven decision-making, and strong commercial acumen.

Familiarity with export logistics, incoterms, and documentation workflows.

Willingness to travel internationally when required.
