This is a full-time on-site role located in Nashik for an Export Sales Manager. The Export Sales Manager will oversee and manage international sales activities, develop and implement sales strategies, and expand the company's presence in international markets. The role requires fostering client relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing business plans, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. The ideal candidate will also analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Expertise in Export operations and International Business practices
• Strong skills in Sales and International Sales management
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze global market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field
• Prior experience in the mining or construction equipment industry is a plus
