Export Sales Manager

Export Sales Manager, with the following requirements: 

8-12 years of international sales experience in the Paints, Plastics, or Inks industries, with existing customer relationships and strong market knowledge 

Preferably, working knowledge of Titanium Dioxide (TiO2) 

Strong communication and negotiation skills 

Working hours: As per requirement of overseas communication 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

•  Build and manage the export pipeline across various products in Paints, Plastics and Ink industries 

•  Identify and qualify target customers 

•  Develop relationships with procurement and trading teams at paint, plastics, and inks manufacturers internationally 

•  Report and track weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets; report to management with full pipeline visibility 

•  Continuously expand the product basket — identify new raw materials for Paints, Plastics, Inks that can be sourced and supplied to customers 

•  Travelling overseas as per requirement – US, EU, Africa, GCC 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

Essential 

•  8-12 years of experience in chemical export, commodity trading, or B2B international sales 

•  Experience managing full trade cycles from order to delivery — documentation, logistics coordination, customer communication 

•  Proven track record of building a customer base and generating revenue in international markets 

•  Proficient with digital tools and genuinely comfortable adopting AI to improve work output 

•  Advanced communication skills with the customers 

•  Have existing clientele in Paints, Plastics, Ink industries in global markets 

•  Fluency in English language
