Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for an Export Sales Manager. Key responsibilities include managing international sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and developing export strategies. The Export Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Export and International Business processes
• Proven expertise in Sales and International Sales strategies
• Experience in Business Planning and market analysis
• Ability to negotiate and foster relationships in diverse cultural settings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field
• Prior experience in the ceramic industry is a plus
